Loomelic Media had the privilege of collaborating with The Lodge at Two Moons to enhance their social media presence through high-quality content creation. We were invited to a special vendor event hosted at the venue, where our team was tasked with capturing the energy, beauty, and community spirit of the gathering.
Challenge
One of the main challenges of this project was creating diverse, high-impact content within the limited timeframe of a single-day event, while balancing the needs of multiple vendors and maintaining focus on the venue itself. We needed to ensure that each moment was captured authentically and efficiently, without disrupting the natural flow of the event or the guest experience.
Goal
The primary goal of this project was to create a compelling suite of visual content that showcased The Lodge at Two Moons as a premier event venue, while also highlighting their vendor partnerships and the vibrant atmosphere of the event. By capturing authentic moments, stunning details, and the natural beauty of the location, we aimed to provide The Lodge with versatile content they could use across social media platforms to attract future clients, promote their services, and strengthen their online presence.
Solution
To achieve this goal, Loomelic Media developed a tailored content strategy focused on real-time event coverage and curated storytelling. We utilized a mix of candid and staged photography, short-form video, and highlight reels to capture the essence of the event while keeping The Lodge at Two Moons as the visual centerpiece. By coordinating closely with vendors and the venue team, we ensured seamless coverage without disrupting the guest experience. With Meo Bakklini’s artistic photography and our team’s strategic content creation, we delivered a versatile collection of assets designed to drive engagement and elevate the venue’s social media presence.
